Starting A New Week - More Veggies

Today marks 1 week in for a lot of you. I hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm sure there was a lot of learning and shopping going on this last weekend.


Breakfast:

4 Eggs (Organic)

1 Avodaco

4 Sticks of Asparagus (Organic)

1 Red Bell Pepper (Organic)

Liquid Fish Oil : 8 Grams


Snack:

Some Raw Almonda


Lunch:

I guess I made a salad of some sort that consisted of:

1/4 Butternut Squash

Handful of Raw Spinach Leaves (my fav way of eating them)

Chicken Breast cut into pieces

Cucumbers cut up

4 Sticks of Asparagus (just washed them and warmed them up for a little, i can eat them raw)

1/2 Avocado

Chestnuts

Sliced Carrot

Green Beans

These veggies were boiled up together.

I am eating it right now. A big meal!


Snack:

Raw Bell Pepper
Walnuts


Dinner:

Free Range Chicken Breast (turned out great!)

1/4 Butternut Squash

Green Beans

Hand full of Spinach

1/2 Avocado
