100 Burpee Challenge - Day 1

So today is the first day of the 100 Burpee Challenge! I decided to post videos everyday of my progress throughout the month. I thought about doing this when I noticed quite a few of my clients accepeted this fierce challenge.

I think it is great that you guys decided to do this! What I plan on doing is creating an even exclusively for Canyon CrossFit Clients and Hope to get more involved! We will share our stories at our box (Possible Burpee Party at the end?) It's all up to you guys!

My workout for today: 

Death by Thrusters! 95# BB

Increase 1 rep on the minute every minute until you fail to reach the reps in the minute provided.


Followed by (3 hours later):


C2: 3x( 250m +500m+ 750m)
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set.
