Too Legit To Quit

Today was a loooooooooooooooooooong day. I had tons of fun though. 

Breakfast: 

4 eggs (out of organic so I used white and took the yolk out)

Orange Bell Peppers (organic and not Habenero! I have made that mistake before)

Walnuts 

All cooked with COCONUT OIL! Coconut Oil FTW!


Rushed to Canyon CrossFit Late (9:05)

Rushed back after the 9:00 a.m. session to put my laundry to dry

Snack: 

Shredded Chicken Breast / Spinach 


Went back to Canyon for the final Seminar

Rushed back home to finish my laundry

Lunch:

Lean Chicken Breast with a ton of spinach

Almonda

A little lemon so I can finish the spinach

Visited my two week old neice for an hour

Went to CrossFit Fly for a Judges Meeting (super top secret, confidential information)

A killer WOD!

Firebreather BBQ saved the day

Dinner:

Asparagus and Chicken and tons of Tri Tip!

Coconut Water



I also drink tons of water throughout the day but I don't remember and don't keep track. 

It is 12:07 a.m. and my day is officially over (after my shower)

I will be at Crossfit 714 promptly at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow to go over muscle up progressions for all of you who will be getting them down within the next 60 days!!
