Great Holiday Weekend

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend! Its back to work for me more motivated than ever. I have noticed that every year during this month I always find myself to meet tons of new people. People with amazing lives and inspirational stories. This year is no exception. I value life and I am glad to be a part of an amazing community.



New goals for me. I love the summer, makes me want to push myself harder everyday with the heat.

Last Friday was my Rest Day

Saturday I did Back Squats: 5-5-3-3-3-2-2-2-2-1

Result : 205 - 225- 305-315-325-335-345-345-315-315

This WOD drained me. Felt something off with my form and my ankle was not feeling right so I stopped increasing the weight.

Sunday, Rest Day

Monday was a great workout Rick and I made up for the session.

For Time:

17 Wall Balls
76 Box Jumps
17 Wall Balls
76 KB Swings
17 Wall Balls
76 BURPEES
17 Wall Balls
76 Overhead walking lunges with the medicine ball.

Brutal! Time of completion at: 29:17 (I think)
