Thursday

A Picture of me a couple of years back. I have been fighting a sore throat since Sunday. Today I woke up not feeling too well. I got really dizzy during my WOD. My ears were clogged up and after my workout, I couldn't controll my sneezing. I hope tomorrow I can get better. Time to drink the fish oil!



OH and rope climbs were horrible today. Dumbell snatches definetly makes you fatigue for rope climbs. But I stuck with it and powered through. Have some burns that make me proud :)
