Back in 2008 I watched a clip from the 2008 CrossFit Games. After watching the clip, my mindset on CrossFit training made a huge shift. I went from hating all of my workouts to appreciating what I am doing. I started to understand what CrossFit was all about and that made all the difference. Kallista Pappas was only 14 years old. The squat clean and jerk was at body weight for her.
