Monday

I have to make sure I keep my WODs posted here. I worked out 6 days straight last week. I took Sunday and Today off. Today I was reading up on the new CFE Programing and I am starting to understand it a little more.

Here is what my training program will look like:

CrossFit Training: 3 on 1 off


Monday- Short Interval CFE
Tuesday- Technique Development
Wednesday- Long Interval CFE
Thursday- Technique Development
Friday- Tempo CFE
Saturday- Technique Development
Sunday- Gymnastics Skills


Monday- Long Interval

Tuesday- TDP
Wednesday-Short Interval
Thursday-TDP
Friday-Tempo
Saturday-TDP
Sunday-Gymnastics Skill


Repeat.


I have the month programmed already. We shall see how this works out for me.

CFE Short Interval: 12 x 200 meter run with 2:00 rest
