100 Burpee challenge Day 8

Day 8 is in and I am feeling a lot stronger during the burpees. I am always feeling like I am not pushing myself hard enough and I end up with a PR, I am feeling that my work capacity is increasing. I really have to prep in order for me to feel ready for these burpees. It is also a great warm up before my workout.

"Day 8- Wow, who do we have to blame for this challenge? Also, would have been great to do n February with only 28 days : ) Yesterday I had a hectic work schedule and decided to do all 100 at a time, I did not fair so well as far as time as I clocked in at 21:15 (this includes timeout for oxygen as I did not have inhaler) Today I did the same and clocked in at 17:45 - Even though this is a huge accomplishment, I know I can do better, kinda glad I have several more weeks to prove it : )"
