1 Week in guys! I hope everyone enjoyed their burpees today! I caught a glimps in our Krav Room of everyone doing their burpees. That was awesome to watch. I love the dedication!
Update on Kathy and Arti.
Kathy: "Wow, I am still keeping up with this burpee challenge, have now been able to step it up and do 67 at one time and doing 1 set of 33 later in the day. I see that I am building endurance, hope it gets easier : )"
Arti: "I did 50 today (supposed to do 25 but had to make it up from yesterday). It wasn't bad at all so I'm going to increase my reps to 50. yay!!!!!!"
This is called making gains! I love it. I myself have noticed a huge increase in my stamina and endurance. I am getting better everday on my burpees.
