100 Burpee Challenge - Day 5 & 6

So I didn't PR on Saturday, I am still going to try very hard to beat my time everyday. My body is starting to feel it however it is nothing too bad where I can't do the burpees. The key is recovery and definately nutrition. Everyday I do notice I can go a little faster. I spend a lot of time warming up before I do my burpees. I have to understand that as I am still training, some days will effect my burpees. This is all part of the challenge and I will go through it. I record all of my days in full length, I have them saved on a file. It just takes too long to Render and post it online. If I get enough time, I will catch up on that.

P.S.

This weekend was awesome! Alicia, Cera, Barb and Melisa competed this weekend at Beat Your Best. It was an all womens competition and they all did great! Melisa had the fastest time!
