100 Burpee Challenge - Day 3

Thank You Romeo and Daniel for pushing me with the burpees. Now I realize I will be pushing myself for the rest of the month! Haha, it is all good. I am experiencing something I haven't felt since I started my first year in CrossFit. I am nervous everyday! I forgot how nervous I used to be. Now it is coming back to me. Everyday I get in the mindset of having to beat my previous time. It makes me doubt myself, then when the clock starts I go after it. This is going to be an interesting challenge, can I do it? Is my body currently capable of doing this for 31 days in a row? Meanwhile I plan to do my WODs on top of that.
Let me tell you this, if you guys are nervous coming into the gym, then you are on the right track. You are going to make gains and us as trainers our doing our job. It is very important to have that nervous feeling incorporated in your programing. This will teach you many things about your inner self, your capabilities and how much more you guys can do. I encourage you to push yourself, make yourself nervous and achieve!
