One week ago I did a mainsite WOD that had back extensions, goodmornings, L-sit holds, and two tough sit ups. My hamstrings are still TRASHED! I have been using triggerpoint thereapy every single day and I have been stretching like a mother. It is far worse than any max deadlift I have ever done. However, because of the constant care I am giving my hamstrings, I am still able to perform WODs to the best of my ability. As a matter of fact I have noticed it to be easier to reach Full ROM on my squats and PR'd three times already within a week!

Take care of your body everyone, you are all CrossFitters. You guys are all badasses. Immortals! But you can't hide or ignore what your body wants to do, and that is recover!
