Let the Games Begin
The CrossFit Games is one month away! I reccomend everyone to watch what is promised to be a spectacular weekend! You can purchase your ticket to the Home Depot Center or watch the games live on the web!
Collectively from around the world, we have 50 of the worlds fittest male and female CrossFit competitors all ready to perform work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Coming July 16th, you will see people defy logic. No other fitness program has developed such athletes that obtain respectable skills in all fitness domains. No other human can prove that they can lift heavy, run fast, obtain great body weight control and perform with high intensity than the 50 male and female athletes ready for the unkown and the unknowable.
