You must never quit. I remember always doubting myself a couple of years ago. I was never confident. I was worried for my health. I had the fire in me to do something about it. It started out small, very small, miroscopic! But it was there, and that fire grew. I reached my goal.
Now that I prepare for this year, what should I expect from myself? MORE!
