Since we are talking about shirts, we are working on a new order for the pro shop. I have been thinking. I also want to get a new design with a saying or phrase. It could be inspirational or it could be something sappy. If you have an idea or phrase, please leave a comment with your suggestion. I am excited to get the shop running. I want to provide not just good, but genuine products for everyone at Canyon.
Recently, I have been noticing during WODs how my body will alter position. Particularly the air squat. Lately, my air squat has been taking a shit. To get the work done faster, I would turn my feet out and knees to open up my hips. I know better but I was eager to keep my work capacity up. I started to wonder why can't I correct my position? Well for one, it hurts! What exactly hurts? My low back. I have been taking it easy so my low back can recover but now I see that improper position is prolonging my recovery. It kind of hit me when my knees all of the sudden were aching from running and I knew that my knees were flying out.
So what do I need to do? Take the test:
I believe that if I work more on my hips, I can solve a lot of problems. I shall see where I am at. I am focused to hit up Mobility WOD everyday. Mobility WOD will help you become more efficient with functional movements.
