What have I got myself into? I have zero experience with these movements! My strength numbers are pretty decent: 385lb Back Squat (although I can rep out 350lbs), 500lb Deadlift, 200lb Shoulder Press, but this kind of strength is completely different and I know it will be very challenging for me. I am the biggest crybaby when it comes to farmers walk. Tire flips drain me and I always catch myself doing flips with one arm, leaving my right arm completely useless for the next couple of days. I love challenges though. I love learning new things, especially learning during a competition haha. It's On!
