     There are times when you can't explain certain capabilities about people. You are left with only one word; talent. There are those with a lot of potential, but they will not appreciate or acknowledge their own talent.  Then there is the few. Along with their potential, they find happiness in execution. 

     Good character is more to be praised than outstanding talent. Most talents are, to some extent, a gift. Good character, by contrast, is not given to us. We have to build it, piece by piece - by thought, choice, courage, and determination.
