True Primal Day 5

This is my fifth day on our 90 Day Nutritional Challenge and I wanted to show you guys what I had for breakfast today!



Fruits:

4 strawberries and an Orange. I am going to start moderating my fruit intake. Fruit does contain fructose!

4 eggs with a whole tomato diced

Some chorizo!

five small carrots diced

two celery sticks cut

onions

pepper seasoning with green salsa and two table spoons of sour cream.

Very delicious and very filling! Don't forget your fish oil! I'm at 16 grams a day of EPA/DHA with fish oil from Costco. Fish Oil is fish oil guys. Lovaza is nothing superior than what I am taking.

Also, I'm feeling funny during my first week on Primal. I had to cut out grains (never really ate too much) , rice and beans! What the biggy was for me was peanut butter. My arms were getting goosbumps and I was feeling really cold. The next couple of weeks I'm gonna focus on eliminating more sugar in my diet.

An alternative to peanut butter can be almond butter!

Post Wod nutrition! Try coconut water! It's amazing! So far the best post wod nutrition along with whey protein or grilled chicken (if your done for the day)

I'll try to post more frequently on my journey!

Today is day 5, already dropped 3 lbs. Don't worry about weight right now. I'm just curious if fruit will play a big roll later on down the road.
