What a great time! One thing I know for now on is that I am never going to Judge again! It was a great experience, however; it took a lot out of me. It felt equivalent to about 8 Frans. Long hours of work, felt like I was there for 7 days.
Next year I am going to compete, I underestimated myself where my fitness level is at. I can probably place better than half of those guys. It's hard to measure where you are at when you train at a box with your own community, and it surely does look like Canyon CrossFit is doing something right!
Congratulations to Bryan Wadkins and Eric Song for completing the Sectionals! There were 170 athletes competing last weekend. Bryan Placed 19th (Going to Regionals!) overall and Eric placed 40th.
It looks like Regionals is going to be unreal!
