That is what Crossfit is all about. I look and compare myself from what I used to be to what I have become. I never really took the time to actually think about my results. In a year and a half I went from not being able to run at all to running 10+ mile trails. I was afraid to use the 20 pound Kettle bell, because I would get so sore. Now I am rocking the 70 pound Kettle bell with ease, fearless. I used to not be able to hold myself on a bar, any bar. A pull up wasn't even thought of, just fantasy.
What we measure for Crossfit is the increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Simply, how much is in you? POWER. How fast can you carry a heavy load over a long distance?
My lifestyle has completely changed, looking forward to get even better.
